How I use your information: I use personal information to deliver consultancy, evaluation, and research, communicate with clients and participants, analyse and report findings, meet legal and professional obligations
My work can take place in complex and sensitive contexts or involve evaluating topics that are sensitive to participants. I take care to ensure information is handled ethically and responsibly.
I use the following lawful bases: Informed opt-in consent (for participation in research or evaluation), contract (to deliver agreed work), legitimate interests (to run my consultancy and analyse findings responsibly), legal obligation (where required by law)
Where information comes from: I collect information either directly from you, from client organisations (e.g. universities, schools, charities), from publicly available sources where relevant
Sharing information: I only share information where necessary. This may include: IT providers (email, cloud storage, hosting), survey or data platforms, professional advisors, organisations I am legally required to share information with.
These providers handle data securely on my behalf.
How long I keep information: I only keep personal data for as long as necessary. Project data is typically deleted or anonymised after completion, unless it needs to be retained for legal or accounting purposes.
Working with children or young people (under 18 years of age): Where work involves children or young people, appropriate consent procedures are followed in line with the policies of the host organisation, and may require additional consent from the parent or carer depending on the evaluation or research being undertaken.
You have the right to: access data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent at any time
