With over 20 years of experience in academia, policy, schools, and charities, I bring senior expertise in evaluation for organisational change, both in the UK and internationally.
My consultancy is grounded in participatory, inclusive approaches, supported by extensive experience in academic research and leading complex multi-method studies at the University of Cambridge, UCL Institute of Education, and the University of Glasgow, as well as holding senior roles in policy at UniversitiesUK and Amnesty International.
As an academic focused on social justice and education, I have both breadth and depth: a deep theoretical understanding of addressing systemic inequalities, complemented by extensive research with and for individuals from diverse backgrounds.
I continue to contribute to pioneering thought through publications in world-leading journals and am an experienced facilitator of dialogue among diverse audiences, including engaging in complex and challenging conversations. Additionally, I am a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA), which recognises my sustained leadership and expertise in teaching and learning in higher education.
