Evaluation Consultancy

Co-creating meaningful change that is connected and co-owned is at the heart of my work. 


I offer bespoke consultancy in participatory evaluation and inclusive organisational change, collaborating with stakeholders ranging from senior leaders to children and young people. My approach is grounded in deep expertise in social justice and informed by my academic background, bringing both critical insight and practical clarity to complex challenges. I assist organisations in aligning their evaluation strategy with their goals, understanding the drivers and barriers that shape change, and addressing inequities within systems, cultures, and practices.


As an experienced facilitator, I also design and deliver interactive, dialogic workshops and specialist training on evaluation and research, empowering organisations to strengthen collaboration and foster inclusive cultures while building a sustained culture of enquiry.
